St. Mark's Cathedral, This Gothic-style church in Arica, Chile (formerly in Peru) was commissioned by the government of the Peruvian President José Balta and was designed by celebrated Parisian engineer Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, before his success with the Eiffel Tower.
